Over the last fifteen years I have trained hundreds of clients and I know that the same exercise and nutrition plans don’t work for everyone. That’s why I tailor exercise programs and nutrition plans for each individual’s specific needs and lifestyle.
My time and attention is focused on you throughout the whole workout. We start off with screening your body to see how it is currently moving and how we can get it to move better. You are guided through each workout to ensure you are using the correct muscles to get the most out of the exercises prescribed to you and remain injury free.
